Licenses: Cloud or Box, decided before implementation
A Bitrix24 license is the cheapest part of a CRM project and the most expensive one to get wrong. Here is what actually differs between the two models, and what the license does not include — the work that decides whether the system is used at all.
Bitrix24 Cloud
- Subscription per user, paid by period — no server to maintain.
- Upgrades and backups are handled by the vendor.
- Fastest path to a working CRM when the team is small and processes are still settling.
Bitrix24 Box
- Perpetual license installed on your own infrastructure.
- Full control over data location, custom code and integrations with internal systems.
- Needs a server, updates by a partner and an owner for operations — which is exactly where projects fail without a plan.
What the license does not include
- Process design: the license does not decide which stages, fields and rules your sales cycle needs.
- Integrations with 1C, telephony, mail, messengers and the website.
- Data migration and cleanup of the existing customer base.
- Team training, adoption and the metrics that show whether the CRM works.
How we help
We size the license against the real team and process, then implement the CRM around it: stages, fields, roles, integrations, migration and training. If you already run Bitrix24 and it is not working, we start with a review of what the current configuration does before recommending a different plan.
Current tariff details for the Belarusian market are published in the Russian section of the site — the licensing terms themselves are set by Bitrix24, not by us.
