Payments, telephony & messenger integrations

Integrations that carry money and conversations: payments and acquiring, telephony, messengers and 1C connected to the site and CRM, with an exchange log, retries and alerts instead of manual exports.

When it matters

  • A payment goes through and the CRM never hears about it.
  • Calls and messenger threads live in separate services instead of the customer card.
  • Stock and prices from 1C reach the site through manual exports.
  • An integration “works” until it silently fails at night.

What you get

  • Inventory of systems, events and data that must flow between them
  • Data contract: direction, matching rules and failure behaviour
  • Payment and acquiring integration, including refunds and reconciliation
  • Telephony and messengers connected to CRM with full conversation history
  • Two-way 1C and ERP exchange for products, stock, orders and statuses
  • Exchange log, retries, idempotency and alerts
Result

FAQ

Questions about this service

Which payment providers can you connect?

Any provider with an API: bank acquiring, payment aggregators, instalments and subscriptions. If a service has no usable API, we say so before the project starts.

Can you connect telephony to CRM and keep call recordings?

Yes. Inbound and missed calls, recordings and the conversation history appear on the customer card, so managers see the whole communication in one place.

What happens if an integration fails at night?

Every exchange is logged, failed messages are retried automatically and a repeated failure raises an alert. Response times and ownership are agreed in the SLA.
